Being a Responsible User of Social Media

Most of the people in our world today whatever their gender or age is uses social media. Social media can be good or bad for us depending on how responsible we are in using it. One way of being a responsible user of social media is by spreading positive things and using it for sharing and showing love, care, and concern for other people. We should avoid being the reason and being affected by  the negative things in these media because it can cause misunderstanding or harm not just to ourselves but also to other people.

"God and Evil"

If God exist why is there so much evil in the world? God is said to be the creator of all things, but evil is not and will never be caused by Him. According to 2 Cor. 4:4; John 10:10; 1 John 3:8, “Satan brings the death and destruction, not God”. Therefore evil is caused by Satan.

The Bible says in James 1:13-14, “God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by His own evil desire, He is dragged away and enticed”. God did indeed created us but He doesn’t fully controls our mind. Aside from Satan, evil starts from ourselves, our own sins, greed, temptations, and rebellious personality. For the meantime, it’s like rejecting God, his ways, and setting aside what is right to meet our wants. Like for example, a person just saw someone dropped their money accidentally but instead of returning it back he was tempted to steal and kept it for his own benefit.

According to Gal. 6:7; Pr. 12:14; Pr. 22:8, “What a man sow, he will reap”. After we cause evil, there will always be suffering. Evil is caused by man’s action and not by God so why blame it on Him? Is it because we are looking for someone to blame? There will be God and there will be evil, but He will not be the one to cause it. The evil in the world depends on mankind, just be faithful and don’t give in to evil.
